1. What happens after I order a course or book?

After you order a course or book a Pay Pal purchase statement will be sent to us instantly. Once we get this statement we will send out an e-mail that contains a hyperlink that you can click on so you can download your course or book instantly. This personal e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you have listed with PAY PAL. If you wish it to be sent to another e-mail address, please put that in the drop down box at Pay Pal when ordering. Also in the e-mail will be a password that will allow you open the copyrighted exe file you just downloaded. More directions will be on the download site.

2. How fast will I get my course or book?

We answer our e-mail all day long and usually you will have your course in a couple of hours, but it can also take up to 24 hours and perhaps a bit longer on holidays. But usually you will get your course or book in a matter of minutes or hours. Wait 24 hours before you e-mail us. Please acknowledge you got your course by sending us a return e-mail back ...sadly, Internet e-mail gremlins still run wild.

3. What if my computer crashes and I lose the course?

We sincerely hope this never happens to you, but if it does you can relax. We offer a lifetime warranty on all our instant download courses or books. Just send us an e-mail and let us know what happened and we will happily e-mail you out another e-mail link and password for that course or courses FREE. If you bought the course or book on CD then we will happily replace it for the cost of $5.00 plus shipping. Our goal is to keep you learning and growing with your psychic education.

4. I'm having trouble downloading or opening my course what should I do?

Psychic School House stands behind every product we sell and we will do whatever it takes to see that your book or course performs perfectly for you. If you are experiencing any kind of trouble at all e-mail us at: PsychicSchoolHouse@psychicschoolhouse.com and we will walk you though the process step by step either by e-mail, live chat or phone. We stand behind every product we sell.

5. How long are your courses?

Our courses and books are specifically written for today's super busy lifestyle. Our goal is to get you using and your psychic skills fast and understanding things in your work fast too. We believe you shouldn't have to plow through 500 pages of fluff to get that - so most of our courses are 75 pages to just over 100 pages. They are bullet direct without all the fluff so you can begin to use the new skills and understandings instantly. Our "sample reads" after each course or book makes it easy for you to choose just the right to subject you need to improve you psychic skills.

6. Do you offer certificates on courses?

Yes, we offer certificates of completion on some tracks of study if you finish all the tracks of study and pass all the tests. Read more about our certificate program here: Certificate Program

7. Some courses say the offer live workshops where do I sign up for these?

Some of our course do offer the option of live chat room workshops. These will be offered throughout the year in the newsletter. We must have a minimum of students sign up to offer these live workshops. Keep checking the newsletter for live workshop offers and where to sign up.

8. I have a question about my course/book. Where do I direct my questions?

Psychic School House has many gifted teachers and writers. If you have a question go to the writer of that book or course in our TEACHERS section. Click on the teacher's name. At the bottom of the page each teacher has their own e-mail address, click on this link and send them an e-mail. They will be happy to answer your questions before of after you buy a course or book.

9. I ordered my course/book on CD. How long will it be before I get them?

All our courses and books on CD usually ship in 24 to 48 hours after you order them - Monday-Friday. Once you order your course or book we package them and ship them by Priority US Mail (USPS). Once we put your shipment in the mail we will send you a USPS tracking number so you can track them and make arrangement if need be to receive them. Usually they will arrive in 4 to 10 days in the continental US. Alaska and Hawaii, APO's may take 3 weeks or more. This time may be increased over the holidays - please allow at least 2 weeks before you e-mail us and check your tracking numbers.

10. Do you ship courses/books on CD to other counties?

Yes, we ship to Canada without any extra shipping charges. We also ship worldwide by Express Airmail. For overseas shipments please e-mail us FRIST with your complete address to get the exact shipping change before you order. For customs forms will be attached to each overseas package we will claim the exact value of CD's without the shipping. Please don't ask us to lie about this cost. Custom receivership fees based on the cost are the responsibility of the buyer and may be due at the time of delivery for your package.

11. Do you offer private Psychic Readings?

Yes, we do. Go to Teachers and select one of our psychic teachers that offers readings and schedule your reading in the format that is most comfortable for you.
