T_Brunhilde: So I usually evolve a sentence that will affect only me.

T_Brunhilde: then I write that sentence on a piece of paper or a leaf.

Terri8569: I always think long and hard before I put certain energy out there

Terri8569: Well, I have seen what can be done, so you have to be cautious

Terri8569: She was such an energy vampire and such, I couldn't be around her.

T_Debbora: But the shield protects YOU

T_Debbora: They can still get at you through the ground under your feet or water

Terri8569: That is why I do the circle. I want a huge shield. A personal one would probably be good too though

Terri8569: When I do a circle, I do above and below too.

T_Debbora: You are most likely working with someone that has a DAMAGED aura shield

T_Debbora: The shield can leak - blowing things up, lights, TV's etc.

T_Brunhilde: candles in the traditional colors for this sabbat: yellow or gold, blue and green.

T_Brunhilde: Yellow for the sun, blue for the blessing sky and green for the profusion of plants.

T_Brunhilde: It's the moon.

T_Brunhilde: Lemon, pine, cedar scents, masculine scents.

Terri8569: It was at my front door. We all 3 looked around at the same time
