Remote Viewing - Part 1

On several occasions attendees in our live free-for-all online chats people have asked me to go over the steps of Remote Viewing.  But just what is Remote Viewing anyway?  Remote Viewing, simply put, is when the mind and aura body work together to collect data from a “remote” location.  In this way the body stays in one location while data is collected from another location which can be quiet distant – even half way around the world.

Kean interest in this psychic ability to “see things” began between 1969 and 1971 when the CIA discovered that the Soviet’s were spending 60 millions rubles a year on a new “psychotronics” program which used gifted psychics as “intelligence” gathering tools.  By 1975 the Soviet’s were spending as much as 300 million a year[1] on these programs as they met with good success.  In the 1970’s – during the cold war era – other governments began to create their own programs with colorful names like; operation Star Gate, Scanate, Sun Streak and Grill Flame.

In the 1970’s the CIA began the government funded Scanate program and began putting together a professional team to train people with high accuracy psychic talents.  During this time the CIA approached L. Ron Hubbard, then head of the Church of Scientology, and asked him to head up the CIA training program.  The reason he was selected Ron to head up this program was because many of the audited members of the church were showing very high psychic accuracy rates and Ron had already developed a strong remote viewing program.  Ron flat out refused this offer on the grounds of the ethics issues involved with this kind of spy work. He also refused because the programs the CIA outlined were not all for just remote viewing for military intelligence, but it was outlined that they wanted to develop “psychic warfare.” Ethically, Ron could not accept it.

However, unknown to the Church of Scientology, two members of government intelligence had already infiltrated the Church and had moved up the ranks using courses and Ron’s auditing technology into the OT ranks. “OT” stands for Operating Theaten – which means the person slowly transfers full processing awareness from the flesh body to the light aura body which surrounds the body in a series of strength levels ranging from I - VIII.  These members having taken all the Remote Viewing technology courses developed by Ron Hubbard (and paid for by tax dollars) then left the church and began headed up a research program in 1972 at the Stanford Research Institute [SRI] in Menlo Park, CA, where Ron’s original program was used and expanded into other area’s of psychic research.

Needless to say when word got out that Ron’s copyrighted training programs for OT levels and remote viewing were being used at Stanford Research Institute a court battle ensued.[2] Things got even messier, when one of the SRI founding members died of a mysterious “heart attack” in hotel room the middle of this battle.  To some, this suggests that psychic remote viewing and warfare is alive and doing well, not only in this country but in many countries all over the globe – no matter how governments may deny it.

Remote Viewing Overview

Remote Viewing and levels thereof is first and foremost an aura body ability we ALL are born with.  Like many other psychic abilities, this ability is often hidden under manhole cover words and expressions like, “I could see that,” “I knew that’s where it was,” and “I had a sense of da-ja-vue on that.”  In addition to that, we often travel in the “dream state” in our light bodies and many of us come back with very accurate and correct information.  Some people get feelings and sometimes very accurate images of things and situations.  For example, a dreamer could get a “dream” of a woman falling in the night, only to get a call the next morning that their favorite aunt fell in the night and broke her hip.  This is likely a Remote Viewing incident that was seen as it happened by the dreamer and then interpreted by the person as a “dream-come-true.” 

Since ALL of us get these kinds of “downloads” throughout our lifetime, Remote Viewing is something we all incarnate here knowing how to do - at least on a subconscious level.  This natural ability can be trained in almost anyone and indeed it has been trained to near perfection in people who claim to have no “psychic” abilities at all.

Ingo Swann, one of the founders of SRI, was quoted as stating the following.

Swann believed that the ability to remote view, like language, is an innate faculty--a birthright--but must be learned to be effective. Swann's model provided a rigid set of instructions which theoretically allowed anyone to actually be trained to produce accurate, detailed target data.[3]

This information fits in well with facts that we are light bodies anchored in flesh bodies. The light body (aura body) knows these abilities well even before it becomes anchored into flesh body and so it goes with all psychic skills.  So the only difference between those who get almost nothing from this direction and those who get a lot of data in this direction is the amount to training they are willing to devote themselves to studying.  This also depends on how much control they are willing to "shift" from psychical mind control to aura body "at cause" control. 

 Remote Viewing Levels

The skill of Remote Viewing and all psychic skills can be divided into levels and can be taught on all levels with the employment of specific techniques and understandings. 

 Level  1 – Latent

Latent Remote Viewing is something everyone is born with regardless of the label you have adopted to tag it.  Latent Remote Viewing, like many psychic talents happens to most people on a more or less need-to-know basis.  We get these “downloads” with feelings, hunches, brief visions, sometimes sounds, smells or dreams.  So at this level we find these abilities are “uncontrolled” and where the data comes from is often a “mystery” to the person who gets these downloads of data.   

Level 2 - Passive

Passive Remote Viewing happens when a person stretches out their aura body field, to gently brush against another person, place or thing.  This gentle brushing or “feeling out” of another person or thing is also something all of us do automatically all day long.  To establish a strong communication line with someone the leading edge of the “aura body” becomes soft and wispy and mingles gently with another person’s aura body.  This gentle merging happens when two people are in good communications with each other, people who are connected by friendship, or by work situations.

In having good communications with someone, our aura bodies become attuned to the other person’s aura body vibration – each one of us has a different aura body energy vibration and in this way that vibrationial ID stays with us a lifetime.  This is how we get sayings like “I never forget a face.”  It’s not always the face – it’s the vibrationial tone of that person – even people who are deaf or blind know when a friend or stranger is in the room. 

So we might say that every person, animal, building and every single thing in the universe has it own vibrationial frequency or cell phone number.  Often what happens in an office or public service situations is that once we know a person we can often get download of data from them – remotely.  On the passive level, we call these “hunches” and “feelings.”  These remote feelings and hunches often play out true.  As this brushing or merging of the top layers of two aura bodies can extract data and images very easily. For example, someone might say, “I knew Jill would not be at the office today, she’s sick in bed with that flu right?”   This passive vision of “Jill sick in bed” is a good example of passive Remote Viewing.

Level 3 – Passive/Aggressive Remote Viewing

Passive/Aggressive Remote Viewing happens often between persons who are related by blood, marriage, a sexual relationships or strong friendships.  Here many psychics see a beam of light that connects persons of a family together, or those in close relationships.  These “beams” are deep seated and are often called “light anchors” that psychically attaches one person to another in a group. Like a good mother will have light anchor attached to each of her children and some fathers too. These psychic light beams are often deep and strong and last a lifetime.  Many are never severed until transition occurs with the death of the physical body.

In understanding these “relationship” beams, we can now understand how the aura body sometimes travels along these beams to tap into images, happenings and events that are taking place remotely.  Family members often have dreams or just know (many times instantly) when someone close to them dies.  This is because the beam connecting them snaps at the moment of transition.  In this way, many people see their loved ones remotely – some times at the instant of death.  Often they know most the details too, like where and when.  Some just say they feel "empty."

Passive/Aggressive Remote Viewing is also used almost daily within families.  Mother’s instinctively “check up” on children in other rooms of the house, or at college or even when they are grown and have children of their own.  Father’s check up on their wives, kids, homes and businesses, they too know when something is a-miss – they feel the difference in the vibrationial energy.

Level 4 – Passive/Aggressive Compulsion Remote Viewing

Passive/Aggressive Compulsion Remote Viewing often takes place between people who are at first friends, business associates, clients, when the relationship tends toward “the greater good of both” at first but then, one or both parts of the relationship takes on a strong usury direction.  Unlike close relationship related by love which uses light beams for the aura body connection source, these relationships are often based on aggressive aura body Pressing.  

Pressing happens when the aura body of one person presses strongly or pushes hard against the aura body of another person to gain something.[4]   This Pressing can be passive or aggressive depending on the purpose of the person.

We often see aggressive Pressing behaviors in such trades as attorneys, doctors, law enforcement jobs, political offices and sometimes in high pressure job and in high pressure sales jobs.  “High pressure sales” is an apt description of what is going on at the aura body level.  The aura bodies of the sales person presses against the aura body of the buyer in order to compel them buy something they would not normally buy.  So the action of this Pressing is for the reason of Compulsion – for personal gain. This is an appropriate description of controlling - even momentarily - the actions of another person to gains something.  The thing is that not all people in these kinds of job are aware they are pressing other people into things they would not normally say, buy or do.

Those that do understand what they are doing – especially after the first meeting – will Remote View – the buyer or client and “engineer” the correct outcome they wish for.  This can be employed passively as in the Law of Attraction. Or it can be employed aggressively by using a combination of speech and Pressing.

Level 5 – Aggressive Remote Viewing

Aggressive Remote Viewing happens when a person employs the use of Shadowing to gain the correct action from the victim.  In Dynamic Ghostology, we learned how nonphysical entities cover and squeeze another person’s aura body in a process I call Shadowing.  For nonphysical entities the reason for this behavior is to extract energy and control. In entities anchored into a flesh body the process is the same, this process of Shadowing is used to siphon off energy to the point where the other person’s aura body snaps closed in defense and effectively blinds them to rational decisions. In effect, it blinds and cuts off all PSI senses from the victim. This is a brutal control mechanism, which can be done in person or in the Remote Viewing mode.

Either in person, or as a Remote Viewing device, this matrix can be devastating for the victim.  Sadly, this kind of thing is employed often by aggressive people who are usually of foul temper and have a stake in positions of power and control.  We see this aggressive Shadowing behavior happen most often in persons of natural low tone who feels “out of control” and feel they must muscle other people to control them or compel them to do their bidding.  For example, a teen girl might be late getting home from a date.  The later it gets, the more angry the father gets, until he is in a towering rage and is projecting that anger energy at his daughter which is in a remote location.  The daughter will feel the pressure of her father’s anger Shadowing and pressing down on her aura body – at that instant she notices the time – and goes into a panic to return home at break-neck speed. 

So far we have learned that Remote Viewing can be done by simply reaching out and lightly brushing up against someone to establish good communications.  We can call this Level 1 aura body communications. We know that family and friends often establishing contact and Remote Viewing with each other by using embedded aura body beams.  This technique is also used between animals, plants and people.  We can call this Level 2 - Embedded Communications.

Now you’d think with two methods of aura body communications, this would be enough of seeing and controlling, but it's not.  Level 3 Remote Viewing is when the person actually separates out of the flesh body with their light body and travels to another location to collect data or affect things. Like the other levels of “seeing” this can run the range of passive Remote Viewing, to aggressive, to outright physic warfare.  This what makes this level so dangerous – it is the prefect spy tool and this is why governments around the world are spending billions on perfecting this psychic technology.

Our world is woefully unprepared for psychic soldiers or assassins.  We do not even have the technology to track a light bodies entering a hotel room or home and crushing someone's heart in the night. Light bodies leave no "physical" evidence behind and the "cause of death" in a post exam would naturally state "natural causes" based on the physical evidence only.  Since current medical science and much of applied science today does not even acknowledge the existences of the aura body in living things - this blind eye leaves the entire public at risk to a supposedly unknown and unexplored source.   

This issue was explored in the film DREAMSCAPE released in 1984 just about ten years after the Remote Viewing/Psychic Warfare project school was created at SRI.  Later, these issues were further explored in the popular film series THE MATRIX (1999) where light bodies are electronic inserted into war situations. So you might want to check out these films at your locate video store and have a look at these films to understand just how nasty aura body war can get. 

Because Remote Viewing can so easily employed as a spy tool, and can step over the “ethics” issue line of every person’s right to privacy.  I cannot, in good conscious, teach the higher levels of Remote Viewing until I know where a person stands with their personal ethics.   

However, I feel some of the lower levels of Remote Viewing is a good thing to learn and can be employed to stop worry, find objects and enhance personal safety.  So with these things in mind I will conduct a workshop on Remote Viewing this month.  See our chat schedule for times and dates.  Because of the sensitive nature of this workshop only newsletter subscribers will be allowed to attend in a closed door, password protected workshop.

You Say "Easter" and I Say "Ostara"

Looking at the words “Easter” and “Ostara,” I am reminded of the old Gershwin song, Let’s Call the Whole Thing Off. In this song, two people are discussing their varied pronunciations of the same words, like “toe-may-toe” versus “tah-mah-toe.” Yet their words are naming the same thing.

So it is with many modern holidays. We may view them as contemporary, yet they are often based on ancient festivals. The modern Christian celebration of Easter has much in common with an ancient holiday, Ostara, pronounced “oh-STAH-rah.” Their names are even similar. Why? Because they are both derived from the same root word estrus—referring to the urge to procreate in females. Think about the traditional symbols of modern Christian Easter celebrations—eggs and rabbits. Both of these symbols were originally associated with the ancient pagan fertility festival.

Ostara traditionally marks the time of the Spring Equinox in the Northern Hemisphere. In 2009, this festival occurs on Friday, March 20th, when the sun enters the constellation of Aries. It is one of the old quarterly holidays on the Celtic calendar, a solar festival and a lesser sabbat. It is a festival of nature’s renewal and rebirth. The Christian celebration of Easter also embraces the themes of renewal and rebirth, in the image of the resurrected Christ.

And the method used to calculate the day for the Christian Easter also demonstrates pagan influences. Easter Sunday is always designated to be the first Sunday after the first Full Moon after the Spring Equinox. This year, 2009, the Spring Equinox occurs on Friday, March 20th. The first Full Moon after the Spring Equinox occurs on Thursday, April 9th. The first Sunday after that Full Moon is April 12th—Easter Sunday this year.

We have moved forward since the longest nights of the year in December, adding minutes of daylight and losing minutes of darkness. At Yule in my region, we experience only 10 hours of daylight and 14 hours of darkness. Notice the times of your sunrise and sunset around Ostara. Our 24 hours in a day are now divided into 12 hours of light and 12 hours of darkness. The word equinox means “equal night.” The term was a reference to the equal number of hours for darkness and daylight that we now enjoy. The solar energy that has been so paltry during the winter is now flooding back into the earth. And the earth is responding by initiating new growth.

  

1. Paperwhite Narcissus.

 What signs do you see in your area? How are the plants and animals responding to the call of nature? For me, spring time announces itself with the blooming of the paperwhite narcissus in my neighborhood, along with the myriad colors of the azalea bushes. The neighborhood animals also respond, some by nosing through my herbs!

 

2. Cat and mint.

Try to observe the sunrise and/or sunset today. Today is one of only two times in the year when the sun rises exactly due east and sets exactly due west. The sun’s movement along the horizon means that it must arc higher and higher into the sky every day. Again, that longer path through the sky results in the longer day.

Creating a Seasonal Altar

 

If you have ever wanted to construct a seasonal altar in your home, now would be a great time to try it. Remember, many of the items used to decorate modern Easter baskets will be perfectly at home on an Ostara altar—dyed eggs, egg-shaped ornaments, rabbit figurines and other symbols of fertility. Emphasize pastel colors and greenery. Display several small pastel colored candles. Scatter small pastel flowers and ribbons through the greenery. For incense fragrances, you can try African violet, jasmine, rose, strawberry, or any fragrance that represents fertility to you.

 A Spring Equinox Divination

 An equinox celebration is always an excellent time for divination. The energies of light and dark are balanced at this time of year. That fact makes the equinox a good time to perform divinations, because any readings performed at this time would be less influenced by either energy. Therefore, many ancient tribes believed that an equinox divination/reading would be more accurate. Divinations that use fertility symbols, like eggs, would be especially effective at this festival. Or you can use whatever divination tools are familiar to you, whatever works best for you.

If you would like to try divination with eggs, boil enough eggs for everyone to have their own egg. There are several alternatives for divination with eggs. I will describe two popular choices. As this is the season for fertility, growth, and new beginnings, these two divinations focus on your personal growth. Don’t peel the eggs and avoid cracking the shells as they boil. No need to dye them, just leave them as they are. After boiling them, just let them cool, and place them on your altar. Place a permanent marker or writing pen next to your eggs.

Read through this ritual several times before you actually perform it. Think about what you want from this ritual and the sequence of the steps involved. Especially, give thought to which of the two divination methods you will use. If you choose to employ the first method, devise your representative symbols ahead of time.

 A DIVINATION RITUAL FOR OSTARA

 

Take a cleansing bath with salted, scented water.

 Arrange for quiet, or play meditation music, and dim the lights.

Light your incense. Breathe it for a few moments to calm your thoughts.

Walk clockwise around your altar space with your incense to cleanse the space.

 Light your altar candles. Gaze at the light and meditate on what you plan to accomplish in this celebration. You wish to honor the old ways. You will perform a divination using a fertility symbol. You will use the information from your divination to help you make better decisions in the coming months.

 Close your eyes. Engage your slow abdominal breathing.

 Shield yourself, using three large breaths. Grow your shield large enough to encompass your entire sacred space.

Call out to your spirit helpers or angel guardians to assist you. Invite them into your sacred space. Ask them to witness and guide your divination.

 When you are ready, open you eyes, and take up the egg.

State aloud your intention for this ritual. Say something like, “On this festival of Ostara, I celebrate a ritual in honor of the Spring Equinox. At this time of year, when all creation hangs in the balance, I will perform a divination.

I pledge to use wisely the knowledge that I gain here.”

 

METHOD ONE: Pick four new goals or actions you might choose to start this Spring. Write them down on paper and devise a symbol next to each one that stands for that goal. Take up an egg and hold it in your hands, imparting your warmth and personal energy into it. Then draw four vertical lines dividing the egg lengthwise into four equal segments. Inside each segment draw one of the four symbols of your four goals or actions. Hold the egg again in your hands and close your eyes. Meditate on each of the four symbols you have chosen.

Hold the egg until you feel it grow warm in your hands.

METHOD TWO: Write the four words love, money, career, and health inside the four segments. Take up the egg in your hands and focus on it. Close your eyes and mediate on each of these four areas for potential growth, your four words. Feel the egg grow warm in your hands.

Open your eyes. Roll the egg. That’s right. Set it down on your floor, or on the grass if you are outside. Don’t heave it like a bowling ball! Be respectful. This egg is about to provide you with some foresight. Just pick out a safe path, stoop down and give the egg a push.

When it stops, walk over to it and read what section of the egg is facing up. This word indicates the area of your life, or which goal, is favorable for increase or improvement in the coming months. The energy of the cosmos will be looking favorably on that area. Endeavor to assist that area in your life. How? Whenever you make decisions in that area, make them in such a way as to aid your divination result coming true. You are then working in partnership with the cosmos. Meditate on it. Prepare for it. Look for it to manifest in your life.

When you have finished with your divination, it is time to close your ritual.

Thank your spirit helpers for their presence during your ritual, and their future assistance is aiding you to manifest the results of your egg divination.

Place your egg back up on the altar. Close your eyes. Engage your slow abdominal breathing.

Extend your arms out to either side. Retract your shield, using three large inhaling breaths.

Open your eyes. Extinguish the candles and the incense with a snuffer.

Bury the egg outside where it can become food for nature. Or scatter it in a place where animals can partake of it. It is your gift to Ostara and the budding of nature all around you.

Now is the time for food and drink and reflection. Record your ritual in a journal, especially the information imparted to you through your divination. Refer back to this information in the months to come. Record any occurrences that pertain to your divination.
