Instant download products:

Instant download products are yours from the instant you are sent the password to open them. We do not issue refunds for instant download goods. However, if you have ordered a product twice by mistake we will issue a refund at at once.

Shipped Products:

If there is some defect or if a product gets mangled in shipping we will accept a return or we will send out a fresh product to replace it within 30 days.

For shipping mangled products sent a SMALL digital picture in Jpg format of the product partly removed from the packing.  For defective items please return.
 

In general, Psychic School House accepts returns on merchandise from select manufacturers within 30 days. However, Psychic School House reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. IF the product is accepted after 30 days, credit will be issued toward one of the following:

• FUTURE PRODUCT PURCHASES

• A FULL CASH REFUND
• ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDED ON RETURNED ITEMS. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Psychic School House on returned items, and Psychic School House will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back.

Returns within 30 days from invoice date can be for exchange, replacement refund or credit at Psychic School House's discretion. Please be aware that specific manufacturers have more restrictive return policies.

Psychic School House is not responsible for lost or damaged goods in transit.  We strongly suggest that you return all products with a USPS tracking tag.
